Application Note:
1. Due to the absence of Address pin A15 in the package, the following SoCs do not support 512M*8 DDR3: RK2906-6, RK2906-8, and RK3066.
2. The DRAM part number typically consists of two parts separated by a hyphen; the first part includes memory type, density, organization, package information, while the second part usually indicates data rate.
3. On RockChip platforms, support is provided for all chips that match the first part of the Part Number marked with either √ or TA. The exact data rate in DRAM datasheets should be determined and configured within kernel menuconfig if system performance optimization is desired.
4. Please copy the Rockchip reference design models PCB layout for the DRAM area without any modifications, adhering to the PCB layout guidelines provided by Rockchip.
Note: Support is limited to RK3128 only.
5. The DRAMs VDD and VDDQ should be powered at 1.5V when used on these SoCs.
