The J750 HSD100 digital channel board is responsible for transmitting digital signals to the device under test (DUT) and receiving signals from it, with a maximum frequency of 100 MHz. Each J750 testing system can accommodate up to eight digital channel cards in a test head containing 512 channels or sixteen cards in one with 1024 channels; each card carries 64 digital channels. The digital channel boards are cooled by air and can be installed into any slot available on the test head. Pin electronics on these boards connect directly to the pins of the DUT.
